The good news is you will probably be dead when/if it happens. Tends to be much more common when older people have bladder issues and can't clean themselves as well/can't afford caregivers to wash their privates for them.
Leads to a new round of medically required circumcisions which are much riskier in elderly patients.

Um, it won't matter to me at that point, I'm not going to be banging someone three or four generations behind me and my male offspring won't be banging someone two or three generations behind them.
