I rolled through there if I had to guess about 10 min after the accident. Saw two people grab someone by the arms and feet and carry the person across the EB side of the interstate.

It had to had happened a right in front of us, maybe not even the 10 min I remember. There were people on the EB side parking their cars and running to the crash site. That's when we saw the guy being carried across the interstate.

Yet all these troopers and sheriffs dept were sitting all along I 10 in west Baton Rouge and at the intercoastal canal showing a presence. Still doesn't make a difference.
