Its like there's this sudden mentality that if a cop is white, they can scream racism no matter what.

I have to think that a big part of this video is the fact that the cop (or "cop"?) is a small woman and they don't care/respect her authority. Once the man showed up they at least changed a little.
Also, I'd love to know some backstory here...if they're just goofing around Wal-Mart and not hurting anything, then forcing them to leave is stupid. If they were fricking shite up and being assholes, that's a little different.

e it was just kids being kids. Goofing off not harming anything. Just riding the scooter and goofing around. We all did stuff like this. Walmart sees this and asks them to leave. No big deal.
The kids then take it to another level by not listening to walmart. Cops come in and force them out.
Racist is now the term used, and this now gives all kids the excuse to go out and do as they please. Punk kids. Never had authority in their lives and when it is in front of them, they don't know how to respect it.

It means nothing, but, I would think a cop does have to identify himself? Or does he simply have to say that he's a cop, no name required?

This (What's happening now with the attitude toward authority) reminds me of 1988. When NWA came out with the "Straight out of Compton" album with the song "frick the Police", young men walked around with this same attitude. It didn't last long because that kind of young 20's loitering stuff got shut down at parks, high school football and basketball games, etc. with the quickness.
