True. But those end in normal fist fights which break up and everyone goes home.... Anytime it's more than that, it's a ladarius or laquan or Jarome. The gun incident last semester after a football game? Jaquan. The stabbing last night? Ladarius. Sure, Timmy and Billy Joe Bob fight. But they don't do stupid shite like Jarome and jaquan.

Lived at the establishment on Alvin dark in undergrad. Was under $450 a month and nothing but grad students and exchange students.
All of those small complexes now cater toward low income and section 8 housing. It's a complete ghetto once you get back on YA Tittle. The Sharlo houses are going downhill as well.

The problem really seems to be that all the housing that used to be grad school/international students is now Section 8.
