Another incident of a man exposing himself at Kees Park

For the second time in little over a month, a man exposed himself at a family park. A few weeks ago a registered sex offender was caught masturbating to children at the park. Now a man was arrested for exposing himself. If you recall, Kees Park personnel heavily detest open carrying and the Pineville PD treats such a lawful act as an act of violent vigilante type terrorism. Perhaps it's best to pack when going to Kees park based on those who have been frequenting the park.
