Real talk I used to suffer from hemrrhoids and pruritus ani REALLY BAD. Switched to wiping with baby wipes, was cured over night.

Get a fleets enema bottle, once a day fill it with warm water only, shoot the water up your arse, wait a minute or two, and then proceed to have the easiest, softest, quickest bowel movement you'll ever have. Your hemorrhoids should stop bothering you soon. Grease the nozzle with liquid soap if you don't have lube.
