they didn't say "general" they said "honorable".

Oh I think she is guilty. She is in jail right where she deserves to be.

I'm not sure if you realize this about law, and I apologize if you do, but "intent" is a very important key when it comes to law, technically and with perception, which is always the number one factor with a judge or a jury.

I read a bit about that...she was convicted of 2nd degree murder. Dr. Phil argued that she didn't have "intent" the definition I found for 2nd degree murder says: a non-premeditated killing, resulting from an assault in which death of the victim was a distinct possibility" . Pushing someone toward a plate glass window they knew was weak (they had another broken window in the apt. from throwing a laundry basket at it) seems like she knew...
