This legislation doesn't do shite to BRPD. James knows that. This just allows him to go back to his voters and show them that he did something. It's feel good legislation. It will only effect small town departments.


Maybe what James really wants is for BRPD to cut back their training standards to follow his new "reform" bill so more people can be employable.

Easy way to solve this issue all African Americans and minorities patrol and respond to those neighborhoods where that's the majority.

I'm tired of this ps bullshite
