Just saw this....can't believe this guy waits 10 years to come forward. My question is does he get charged with any sort of crime for witnessing it but not saying anything at the time?

I really hope this guy isn't just trying to get attention. The Holloway family deserves to know where their daughter's body is, and to finally just have closure.
