Hope you take note, there's always a possible worst case scenario more worse than the last

I know there is the possibility of a 10,000 year flood or a 100,000 year flood, etc., etc.

Thanks, I thought for sure once I dodged that one flood, I'd be immune to floods forever.

More than BR had flooding situations last year in our state. There's a lot of sentiment that if they didn't flood for that then They are fine in the future. Buy flood insurance people. Don't give a shoot what "no flood zone" you are in

This is a PSA that stubborn people need to learn a lesson from.

Got it. I misunderstood what you were saying.

I thought you were implying that Harvey would bring the same level of flooding in the BR area in comparison to the 2016 flooding.

We bought it and we didn't flood. It came up through the storm drains and our street had 3 feet and we couldn't get out and I've never seen that before. And watching this now well...the times they are achangin.

How many places are there in the country that could handle 30-50" of rain over 3 or 4 days? Not many.

Pointless PSA.

Buy flood insurance. Let me know if you actually make a relevant point

Chad

We live on a tiny little blue marble in an enormous vacuum of space the like of which we cannot measure, and this marble lives and breathes. There's no place safe anywhere to be found. People above the age of 10 and an IQ above the same understand this.
