Air Bubbles in Blue Bell Ice Cream

Since Blue Bell relaunched I'm not seeing any air bubbles. I think they stopped this practice of large air bubbles in homemade vanilla. It was terribly upsetting to lose about a tablespoon of Blue Bell vanilla about every 5th gallon of ice cream.

I wrote the President of Blue Bell many times and they would not own up to it. They would always send me coupons for free Blue Bell to try and keep me quiet. Now that they are under the watchful eye of the government they seem to have stopped this criminal activity.
