Two weeks and you'll feel like a new man.

Vaporizers help.

VAPE NATION BRUH!!

No but seriously, get a vape. There are certain levels of nicotine that are offered and you can dwindle down until you are at zero over time. Also, you won't smell like stale cigarettes and you won't have smokers breath.

Smoked in college and it was kind of tough to quit. But, after a few weeks its so repulsive you'll wonder why you ever smoked in the first place.

1st couple of weeks will be brutal.
stay the course.
don't get hooked on the gum.
if you survive those 1st couple of weeks it gets a little easier.
still tons of temptation during the 1st year.
keep staying the course.
after that, you will despise cigarettes and will wonder to yourself why in the hell someone could smoke those nasty things.

i did it...you can too

not often, but every once in a while i will have a slight craving for a cig but the craving goes away fast.

Most difficult part for me was not having one when out drinking.. That was the last hurdle.
