Unfricking believable. I like Outkast/Andre 3000 - but my goodness. And he's a "better" downlist choice than most of them.

It's individual rappers... not groups
so to make the list you would have to be an outstanding member of a group like Andre3000 (outkast) and Rakim/Ghostface (Wu Tang)

I agree Snoop/Tupac would need to be there but Dre was a pretty shitty rapper. Dre is one of the best producers in hiphop history though.
