Well yeah. Point is I highly doubt the guy responsible for this had a class 3 license. Plus the BATFE does a lot of scrutiny on those sales. Initially I figured it was likely Islamists with smuggled or modded weapons but upon seeing that video with the irregular rate of fire it was clearly not a manufacturer automatic.
