Is that too short? What is the OT's opinion on skipping jobs? Does hiring managers/ HR really care about you looking for new challenges?

If you're that good, they'll do what it takes to keep you.

Some employers care about basic English.

I remember my grad school dean say he doesnt care about my reading or writing as long as i get a 170 on the math.

I find that very hard to believe unless you include high school and college students with part time/summer jobs. The job-hoppingest person I know changes jobs every couple of years at most, and they are an exception.

This is primarily due to your Aggy Dean enjoying the blowjobs.

This plus a lot of people remove older jobs as they advance which skews their metrics assuming they simply aggregated and averaged all of the user posted data.

That seems pretty short but like others noted, there are ways/points of view to skew that data.
But if you're job hopping every 8 months in big boy land, you're either the hottest shite out there or the most incompetent but smooth talking jackass in the land, with not much room for a middle ground.

How many more posts are you going submit to brag about yourself in this thread?

2 more, I am also tall.

I don't think employers care and neither do employees. There is no real loyalty from either side anymore. It's a different world.
