I doubt the cleanup crews are out there having some memorial service. And I can pretty much guarantee that the family does not have any kind of traffic in their minds.

The major problem is the first truck was carrying powdered plastic, like the consistency of flour. About 1/8th of a mile of asphalt is coated in melted plastic and is slick as ice.
