What a frickstick. If the dog is happy, and has been living that way for its whole life, leave it the frick alone and go on about your business. Too many GD people all up in other's business. I understand making sure the dog is safe, but ripping it from the only home and life it has ever known is shitty.

Yea I agree, and the owners should be more responsible with the dog, but I still don't think they should seek to actively take this dog away.
That being said, I would rather someone let a dog roam than chain it up all day. If you're not willing to put up a sizeable fence for a larger dog then you shouldn't own one IMO.
