All dogs respond to and are shaped by their owners.

People do this. Do you generalize their entire race or gender based on the race or gender of the perpetrator?

Ignorance Darth. It's what you exude.

Sad story, but i have doubts about the story. I have a hard time believing a mother had her child next to her and didn't pick the kid up to protect him before the dogs came, or hold onto him for dear life and do whatever she could to protect him.

I'd die with my 4 year old tucked into my belly with me bear hugging him before he's mauled by any animal on this planet.

Sounds more like kid was playing and dogs came get him, mom heard and came over and somehow couldn't get the dogs off of him. I doubt the kid was yanked from her, unless she's handicapped.

still a sad story

They came out from under a fence.

Reid and others called 911. Neighbors yelled at the dogs and used a brick and club to try to free the boy.

“The cop had to open fire to at least get the dogs off the baby,” said another witness, Yolanda Samuels.

You ever seen the strength of even one (much less four) pitbull?

Sure, but it's my kid, not a toy rope. I know they are strong. Poke their eyes out, choke them to death, use your keys or anything else nearby and stab them, do something
How you let a dog or dogs kill your kid in front of you is beyond me, although i'm a lot stronger than a woman.

i'm pretty sure the kid suffered his fatal wounds before the mom or anyone else got there, although the story makes it seem like the dogs jumped up and grabbed the kid out of the moms arms and dragged him away like a leopard dragging an antelope away.

Darth, no offense, but why do you dwell on stories where awful shite happens to children? Pit bulls, sexual abuse, physical abuse, etc. Is there an underlying reason you seem to gravitate to stories of this nature? I mean you also cover military stuff (very well BTW) but I swear I see more awful-shite-happening-to-kids stories from you than anyone else. Is it the news sites you visit or do you just google this shite up?

You got receipts on the dogs makeup? Sounds like they were fighting dogs, probably neglected, abused and untrained anyway. No different than a pack of wolves.
