The reason I ask is because two of the guys that work once or twice a month from me is in it and they seem to be doing fine, but they also appeared this way on OCs, so I don't know

But long story short, people that go to methadone clinics and get 40mg wafers are getting high and selling their meds to people for a premium for others to get high.
Suboxone users are just taking the subs to hold off the sickness and just make them feel normal. People that are looking to get subs are only doing it to not have to actually take opiates and actually would like to be clean.

If you look at clinics in EU, you will see they prescribe about .25 the dosage as American doctors.

Knew a pure dirtbag bitch that used to work for my dad that did this and admittedly gave a hot dose to her ex-dead bf. That bitch was pure scum of the earth and up here in the heart of Appalachia, it seems to be half the population now.
My county literally gave OCs the term Hillbilly Heroine. I remember in 2000 when it first took off and it was everywhere overnight. Time magazine gave us the cover story later that year, it was quite a year.

The pill Mills and meth clinics up here were OOC ten years ago. I'm talking some clinics and pharmacies were getting robbed twice a month. It's still shitty, but it's tapering off a bit because everyone connected is in jail or supervised probation

Subs work if you're committed to getting clean. Unfortunately most people I know that have done them aren't really committed. (It sounds like you know this, just adding on to what you said)

I don't care either way. I have no use for pieces of shite with no desire to clean themselves up, especially when kids are involved, which is the case with my brother. Once you have tried everything to help someone, eventually you have to let them go until they help themselves.
