Disney has attempted "regional" entertainment in the past and failed every time. (Should be noted this was under Michael Eisner's administration not current CEO Bob Iger's.)

Until it is brought up at one of the LP council or committee meetings it is just bullshite someone is feeding you.
At the meeting in December there was a mention of something else and Ricky golf said something to the toon of yeah just like Disney world coming in, and the council laughed about it.
