911 call from inside the tower as it fell.

This was used as evidence showing the human aspect of the attacks. Poor man is literally on the phone with 911 as the tower falls.

WoW! the end is heartbreaking 
The fact that the terrorist would do this to normal working folks in our great country. If you ever had a doubt as to why we are still over there,afghanistan, listen to that ending.
