The first time my girlfriend and I had sex she moaned in a manner that I had never quite experienced before. I figured she was just putting on a show for my benefit. At the very least, it seemed nice on her part. Plus, she was a bit tipsy so I thought the alcohol was partly to blame.
It turns out that's just legitimately how she is during sex. I've asked her before if she was doing it just to boost my ego. She became upset and stated that she's very self-conscious about it. Apparently, she hasn't always felt comfortable letting go. It was probably due to either her own reluctance or the judgment of others (i.e. a past lover might have responded negatively). For her, screaming is a way of feeling liberated and loose during sex.
She screams and moans constantly. There's a part of me that knows I am not as good in bed as she makes me out to be.
But, it has some drawbacks. God forbid a roommate is at home and she can't grab a pillow in time to mute her vocalization.
Honestly, it can be very flattering and arousing but also mildly embarrassing. I still have no idea how her female roommates deal with it.
