Im actually fairly sure this has been discussed not even once before but at least 5 times prior.
So it’s not even a Germans thing anymore, it’s just a you should be embarrassed and strive to just be better as a person at this point.
Like actually go sit somewhere quiet for an hour and think about how to improve your life to just not suck and to help others
