§62.3. Unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling
A. Unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling is the intentional entry by a person without authorization into any inhabited dwelling or other structure belonging to another and used in whole or in part as a home or place of abode by a person.
B. Whoever commits the crime of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than six years, or both.
Added by Acts 1983, No. 285, §1.

Reminds me of the guys in my chapter who were 25-26 years old and had graduated 2-3 years prior and would still come to our parties during the semester. In fact, a couple of years ago I saw a picture on FB of 2 of my pledge brothers at a fraternity party about 6 years after we had pledged.

I hope for the sake of Sigma Chi's LSU rep that 22 and 23 year olds weren't really breaking into some room to sneak away some alcohol like 14 year olds having the house to themselves.

I will say I enjoyed watching them beat the shite out of Kappa Sig in whatever the hell that game in TS used to be called that they'd play.
