They’re one of my customers. Great people and they also make a very good rice vodka called JT Meleck

I was hoping Big Ed was in the video. I’ve watched that man push 800lb pallets after 800lb pallets from the back of a reefer trailer to the front.

So I've been told, the seasoning will get on your fingers, which will then transfer to the crawfish tail after you peal it. I don't do it, but that's what someone who does do it told me. Makes sense, I guess.

Poggie is part of the bait, holds up for longer periods of time.

Crawfish farmers are nothing but scam artists. Especially the knuckleheads in Pierre Part who "control" the market prices. Either the excuse is,
"too cold, unseasonably warm, too much rain" ,and my all time favorite, the catch was lousy due to unknown reasons." Looks like I can add the birds got em. It's a billion dollar a year industry where many many of the farmers never report the income with illegal workers.

Mother fricker I’ve ran and baited more crawfish traps than you’ve had sex with your husband

Doesn’t all seasoning start on the outside?
