Just found out we are having boy&girl twins. Already have a 15 m/o boy. Due Feb 2017

Obviously we are excited but I am scared to death, especially when thinking about day care costs for three kids. Anyone have experience with toddler + twins?

ETA: These are infertility twins so the whole planning thing went out the window since we didn't know how long it would take to conceive due to past issues. Our first child is an infertility baby as well

It sounds like a lot, and I don't have any experience with that many toddlers, but the good part is in a couple of years they will keep each other company and play with one another. Sounds like you have a great thing going and I am happy for you.

What are you doing marinating with a 15 mo old? Should've been pulling out like a mofo.

I had twins. Identical twin girls. they are now about to turn 15. NOW I am scared to death.

Re. caring for them...you just DO. It will be hard for a few years then it gets easier....Put your life NOT on hold, but back off a little and hang on.

Oh...and go get snipped. 3 kids is more than enough. And do it on a Friday of a weekend of non-stop good football games.

Just power through for a few years. That's all you can really do. Good luck with the twins. That's a crazy first year.

Daycare is outrageous.
I paid $125 a week years ago and I have a friend at the same place and they just got notification that the rate is now $190 a week.

I don't mean to pry or to insult but I don't think you know what infertility means.

Ours were natural and unplanned...and LATE in life but eager to get here...they arrived at 26 weeks...weighed 1-9 and 1-10...But good luck!!!

Took a while but that is an underrated aspect of having twins. Mine are 5 now.
