Amelia and Claiborne? Go between, say 1 and 4 blocks towards ST Charles and you'd not be sure you were in America based on your surroundings last I passed through. It is not a nice area in that pocket

Nola is the next Detroit, and it's all because it's been run by democrats for so long. One of the greatest American cities that is now a complete shithole. But hey, voting Democrat is the cool thing so go for it I guess

Weird thing is he went to Tulane. Would think he would have known that that is an extremely dumb place to be after midnight.

Article says he didn't have a car. He was apparently just wandering down Claiborne. Video surveillance saw him at one of the gas stations at 3am buying some stuff.
