That is a bit old to play in that manner to pull a trigger.. If in deed it was an accident wouldn't your very first action be to call 911! Get help as fast as possible..

Just got an update on this from someone connected to the family. Don't want to disclose that..
Heard it was a drunken act, and more of an intentional act from being drunk.. and having a disagreement..
Also heard the mother of the two is a pretty questionable person.
Oh well. still sad and hate it for everyone..
