I always wonder why people who keep relapsing keep going back to their same town. Why doesnt he move to some country town in Montana or something?

Some get lucky and never touch their DOC after their first stint in rehab. However, when someone keep relapsing over and over, dude, pack it up and start a new life in some farm town where you dont know a single person.

This is "the wife" that you called a crack whore. I have never used drugs or sold drugs and I'm definitely not a whore. So that was way out of line. Yes we did divorce once and yes we did get remarried after we learned how to communicate and no it was not over drugs. So Kevin did have a drug addiction at one time. He's been clean for quite a while now. We understand that struggle and wouldn't wish it on anyone. We are very sympathetic for anyone dealing with that. He never sold drugs in his life nor would he approve of it. I was there when they did the search. They did not find drugs anywhere except in Jason's car. The federal investigator told Kevin that Jason used him. The detective knows that Kevin did not know what was in the car. If that's the neighbor you are talking about, that explains a lot. LiLi Fan did not build that house. She bought it well after Kevin's dock was already built. Li Li was the one calling the HOA on Kevin because she didn't like the trees on the property line. Kevin gladly cut those down even though they were originally required by the HOA. There were no pelicans there were lions and there was no court order there was a single request from the HOA. You claim to know all these things for a fact but the only way to know for a fact is to be there. You weren't. You hide behind your screen name and spout off things as fact when the things you are claiming is in fact not fact. The only fact is that he was indicted which means accused. It does not mean guilty. Do you know how many people are indicted and found completely innocent? As far as comparing him to a contractor that actually took advantage of elderly people that left them homeless that's just ridiculous. Kevin has never sold drugs or helped anyone to sell drugs. He has an outstanding record as a contractor and as a human being. You are taking his interactions with a difficult neighbor as who he is. Most of the things you are claiming would have happened several years ago. Has he ever done anything to you? It's obvious that you have a personal beef with my husband. Instead of pretending you are all big and bad posting on this site. Why don't you make an appointment with Kevin at his office or home and tell him your problems with him to his face. He goes to work everyday. He would be glad to hear your complaints and address them in a respectable manner.
