You absolutely have the wrong Kevin. None of that is true of this Kevin Boudreaux. I was therewhen he asked his neighbors permission. He never parked his boats or vehicles on anyone's property. Both houses next to him were being built at the same time as his. He gets along fine with his neighbors. You may want to check your facts. HOA did not contact him about any of this.

When I was in 7th, 8th grade, in the early 90s, there would be HS students who would pass by our class. They would BS around with us, etc.. A few dudes would always pull out a tight grip of hundos and tell us "let me know when yall ready to have this fill yall pockets".

When I got to HS, there were several people, who two years earlier, were good students who were kind of "geeks", were suddenly "thugged out" flashing stacks (these were black kids).

There were a few people, who worked together, who supplied everyone, that got taken down. It was a huge drug bust, but once it happened, it caused "turf wars". This is just in a small town, but there was no longer someone supplying everyone, so each section had to break off and establish their own suppliers. You started seeing more people, flashing less money..

You should take this more serious because one day someone close to you may be effected by someone like Kevin. You don't realize how close drugs are to everyday people like you and me.
