Sounds like she was a vampire.

One time when I was in elementary school, a girl came to school with a hickey on her neck. When she was asked who gave it to her, she said her little brother.

They're easy to get/give. I remember my HS girlfriend giving me a couple on the neck and I had no fricking idea she had done anything to cause them.
