We once pulled into the main 4-way in Bogalusa and a biker guy was standing in the middle of the intersection, wearing only assless chaps (no underwear) and a leather vest, and was swinging around a big chain. It was one of the most memorable things I've ever seen

Shreveport is the New Orleans of North Louisiana in terms of demographics. No way it should be on a top redneck cities list. Westwego is probably the meth capital of LA but they aren't rednecks.

Finally some hwy 65 love. As others have mentioned, Bawcomville is an undisputed #1, and placing New Orleans above Tallulah is ludicrous. The entirety of Vernon Parish (it's all the same) deserves inclusion, I would also add Oak Grove, Ferriday,and Mangham to this list.
