31 is actually a very typical age for testicular cancer. Lance Armstrong had metastasis to his brain when they found it. It responds very well to chemo if you don't catch it earlier, but obviously earlier is better.

did you ever have blood in your pee?

do you smoke or drink a lot? not that this matters because

my half nephew who is only like 17 diagnosed his as well.. on his own.. and he had it.. he had the surgery and is doing better now
