I'd rather have Carr behind this Oline and PC as OC. Purdy would be a worse version of Dalton with the situation we've seen in the first 2 games.

Purdy is trash under pressure. He can complete screens and short outs like any NFL QB. Andy Dalton could put up the same #'s in San Fran that Purdy is.

Purdue has some weapons around him. He is an above average quarterback who is quite accurate. He may become elite but give him a few years

I'm a Purdy fan, but let's not pretend he isn't working for one of the best offensive coaches in football whose system is known for being VERY QB friendly. Purdy would live up to his Mr. Irrelevant tag if he were in New Orleans.

Purdy is basically Alex Smith right now and there is nothing wrong with that because he doesnt need to be anything more.
I think the real question would be what Carr would look like in SF because i think he would be talked about as a top 10 borderline 5 ish right now if he was there.
