Doesn't matter. We won't have a pick anywhere near Young.

Even if we did, no. Not really interested. Impossible to do a real evaluation on that guy when literally every player on his team is better than every player on every team they play against. Never gonna be like that in the NFL.

Yeah that's gonna be a no for me dawg. We need a QB that will last 15 years and perform well. Not a potential bust that might last 5 years at best.

That's just not true, especially this year.

Young is a really good qb. Can throw it to all levels of the field. Is extremely accurate, even on the run.

Can escape pressure. Only slight is his build.

Same here. He looks OK but he is surrounded by 5 stars.

I'm not saying he isn't a good player or won't be a good NFL QB, I'm just saying I'm not interested because the evaluation isn't clean IMO

Frick Bryce Young. Will be as durable in the NFL as Tua.

Drafting QBs seems to be like throwing darts.

If I needed one, Id draft 2 in the same draft. Like round 2 and 3.

Increases your odds at finding a franchise QB, and for what? A backup safety or something?

Worth the diceroll to me.

My hope is Alabama shits the bed this year. Bryce feels the need to come back his senior year. Saints win 2 games next season. Then we draft him. I think he is going to be special.

Bryce Young is what I would imagine if Drew Brees and Jacob Blake had a baby. Drew Brees size and mind with a stronger arm, more athletic and darker tan. If Young is on the board when the Saints pick, I’m gonna be screaming at Goodell on the tv “say his name!. Say his name!”
I was impressed with his arm strength with his size.

I can’t get a good fee if he’ll make the transition well, or be another product if hype from being on a great team. Either way, I am certain his talent would be wasted in an offense ran by Pete.

Pete is just waiting on Sean to pick his next job so he can go back and get that cushy OC job under him.

Bryce Young is a slam dunk. Dude has a ton of intangibles. Maybe he’s not a top 5 QB in the NFL, but I think he walks into the league and is immediately better than everyone drafted in the last few years not named Burrow or Herbert.

He’s like a smaller Mahomes. He has the IT factor. He reads defenses. He’s never rattled. He is a leader.

And I hate Bama. But this dude is undeniably good.

Small frame is a bit worrisome, but he’s an A plus prospect other than that.

I don’t watch Ohio State nearly as much, so I have no idea if Stroud possesses the same level of intangibles. He obviously has more size and arm talent, but that doesn’t guarantee success at the nfl level as much as the unteachable character/intangible stuff does.

QB evaluations are such crapshoots. The only QBs I was ever sure would be good pros were Peyton Manning & Drew Brees. I thought Cam Newton, Joe Burrow, Eli Manning, RG3 & Ben Rothlesburger would be good, but still had questions about them. Every other QB I just don’t know how they will translate.

If Bryce Young wasn’t so small, I’d put him in that first group. I never got the Tua hype. But I get it for Bryce Young. He’s got it all except for prototypical size.

Unfortunately, it will be almost impossible to draft him.

The sheer ignorance regarding the complete lack of assets the Saints have is fricking hilarious. Get a clue.
