Sick and tired of the Foster hope.

Renfrow is a 6th round prospect.

Riley Ridley or Gardner-Johnson is the pick.

Justice Hill

Pre-Draft Analysis

Hill is an undersized back with outstanding explosiveness and top-end speed. There's a noticeable burst when he hits the hole between the tackles and is quick around the corner. He makes defenders miss in the hole and has the tools to develop into a weapon in the passing game.

Why? He has the talent to be a very good pro.

We need players who can produce immediately and TE is not a need.

Do we? Really?

Serious question, to be answered after a moment's thought.

I'd be elated if we got Hakeem butler in the 4th round.

I think we can find a decent TE or WR in the 5th to be honest. So much depth there. I can see us moving those 5ths and a third next year to move up and grab Butler or Mack Wilson. Would love either one. Those are 2nd round talent guys that fell because of the incredible depth of this draft.

I actually think Wilson would be the smarter pick. He’s big, athletic, will get good coaching and can easily replace Klein in a year while being solid depth/good special teams in Year 1.

If Payton would like to use more two TE sets, a pick like Moreau would make a lot of sense. It could open up more one-back sets and create more short and intermediate options for Brees. If Payton does want Moreau, I'm pretty sure he knows how to use him to make the offense better.

Would be happy with any of these. I’d prefer LB just because I think it’s a bigger need than WR, though we do need one of those too.

Not Bryce. I like Butler. Not a Ridley fan.

I'll be happy if they address these positions:

-I want a DE that will replace Okafor's rotation snaps. If Davenport or Jordan misses time, god help us.

-Legit WR but must have PR skills. Bye-bye, TLL

-Slot CB as insurance for the PRob should he not regain form.

-LB, injury insurance or surprise replacement for Klein.

They signed Mario Edwards so it's not dire (even if you hate Trey Hendrickson who isn't terrible). But they could use a speed rusher option.

Yeah, TLL has been gone (to the Lions) but a proven PR man was signed (Sherels).

PJ Williams was re-signed. Might be more concerned with outside corner depth actually.

Sure, probably will see one drafted.

History has shown that we'll take some big off the main board swings in the 4th rd. Rick Leonard, Onyemata, Al Woods, Bushrod, and Jahri. Oddly enough, all the safe picks have been terrible: Khairi Fortt, Chip Vaughn, Toon, Stanley Arnoux, Antonio Pittman.

Looking at the list and what the Saints have been after in free agency, maybe Christian Miller from Bama is an edge rusher they'd like even as just a specialist.

Love all three, especially Mack Wilson

Throw in Chauncey Garner-Johnson, Deointe Thompson, Hakeem Butler, Preston Williams, and Kelvin Harmon and they are at the top of my list for the 4th round pick
