Hope it's in my lifetime. I place $100 on the Saints to win the SB every year before the season startes. Sure would be nice to see some of my money again.

I was at the Saints Suite Holder meet and greet last night and Sean Payton talked a lot about the team and it's chemistry and how good it was. Told us there were at least 15 players, big time names, who wanted to play for the Saints this year but we didn't have room. He is proud of the atmosphere around the facility and inside the locker room and said that was the reason people wanted to play here. He said ReggieB is healthy and in town and in great shape.
Also met Greg Williams and found out he has a 4* linebacker son who is a stud. 6'4" 240 lbs., Not sure where he is in school now . On a side note, We got to get him a scolly to LSU so Greg Williams will stay for another 4 years. Hopefully Payton will give his friend Les a call.
He finished with a promise that the Saints WILL win the Superbowl. Gotta love a coach who firmly believes we have the pieces in place to accomplish that.

Now is the time. After the 06 "tease-n", The expectations are at an all-time high. The organization knows the window is open and we see them making the moves necessary to contend. 08 was a few defensive plays and field goals away from the playoffs. The foundation is laid, just have to execute.

Oh, and my answer is Yes.

I hope our descendants aren't still asking this question in the year 3009.
