It is pretty well known that corner back is one of the 2 or 3 toughest positions to adjust to coming from college. If you are looking for a Greer replacement then a rookie probably isn't the answer.

Lelito doesn't seem to be the answer at center either. If he was better than Goodwin then he would be playing.

If I'm not mistaken Lelito's PFF numbers (for what they're worth) are definitely better than Goody's

CB is hard to transition, you're right, but looking at the CB Atlanta & Minnesota drafted early last year and Fuller in Chicago.....If we could land a guy like that I think it would do wonders for us

Cornerback is such a crapshoot in the draft. I'd hate to take a chance on a cb in the 1st round. Good cornerbacks can be found in free agency every year.

That's just the thing. Lelito is better than Goodwin...I can't figure out why we keep trotting Goodwin's old arse out there.

Atlanta

Atlanta is the worst pass defense in the league.

Minny has 19 more sacks than the Saints.

Yeah that's tough to judge when Lelito has only played like 30% of the offensive snaps. Neither one has been very good, but it seems like time to allow Lelito to take over and see what he can do full time.
