I swear I've seen the guy that dresses up as a clown in almost every single Saints home game that I've watched on TV.

Heard the story on that guy. He's actually a local lawyer that does clown work on the side. Uses a special costume for games.
I guess I'm going to have to edit the orignal post to include all these write ins.

Whistle Monster. His real name is Leroy. No shite. I know him personally. I dress up as The Bayou Banchee (spelled the urban dictionary way) and don it every home game.Game Day Saints mask, black and gold mohawk, decked out gloves and boots and "banchee" pants with a different jersey for every game. Last game it was Shockey. I don't know, Moses is right up there just because of longevity.
