Remember, this defense starts 2 rookies and plays 2 other highly inexperienced guys in the secondary. The improvements week to week have been incredible.

A team that's faced two bad offenses.

Well this is 2017, the defense is still bad. It's just be camouflaged by bottom tier offenses at the moment.

Cats and fins stink on the O side but shutouts are still hard in the NFL.

First shut out since ‘12. Guess this is the first bad offense we’ve faced during that period.

No they weren't. First game was rescheduled, 2nd game they beat the Chargers by 2, and 3rd game the Jets beat them.

How bad will the Lions and Packers be if we beat either of them?

In seasons past even the bottom tier offenses lit us up.

I don't understand the argument about playing 2 poor offenses?

We gave up less than 600 yards in 2 games. With our offense, traditionally, that results in a minimum 12-win season. Yeah we'll still lose 4 games but okay

The Dolphins made the playoffs last season, and didn't really lose a whole lot. Cutler>Tannehill, and that offense has a solid line and some weapons. How many times have receivers a lot less talented than Landry and Parker tore us apart, or a TE a lot less talented than Thomas (even being older) had a career day? The Dolphins aren't the best team in the NFL, but they certainly aren't the worst, and we dominated them.
