Its been different every few years. Early to mid 90s it was the 49ers. Early 2000s it was the Rams. A few years ago it was the Bears. Now its the Vikings.

Permanent hatred: Cowgirls and Falcons.
Current strong dislike: Vikings.
My folks have been going to Saints games since the very first one, and absolutely HATE the damn Cowgirls. We were at the frickin' game this past season to watch us lose to them, and my mother and quite a few of the women around us broke down crying, they were so upset. It's definitely Dallas for me, hands down. frick'em.

I'm with you steel- Don't think I am not enjoying the 49'ers current 'lean' years...
As a rivary, I guess you can say I hate the Falcons, & my hate of Dallas may have more to the fact I don't like Jerry Jones.

Strongly Dislike:
the next team on the schedule outside of the previous three mentioned.
Used to despise the 49ers, but since the realignment, meh. I'll come to strongly dislike them again this year when the time is right.

So what? The Cowboys have been around alot longer than 1998. I moved away from NOLA to Texas 14 years ago and immediately started growing a festering hate for the Cowboys and their diseased fan base. I absolutely hate Cowboy fans and love watching them lose more than any sports team. I can watch the Saints play another team with their fan base and be fine. There might be some light hearted trashtalking, but nothing even close to the way Cowboy fans are. I've been thrown out of 2 places for arguing with Cowboy fans. Even their wives talk trash.
Yes, I hate Atlanta too but with my age, I only go back to the late 80s. I hated Rison, Deion, Glanville & MC Hammer & co.. Nothing close to how much I hate the Cowboys.
