What kind of coach would want to join Dennis Allen's staff?

Only retreads and the desperate with no other prospects. I'm looking at Jay Gruden - Jon is still too toxic.

Jay has had success as an OC in the past, and he's spent the last 2 seasons with Mcvay. I think he'd be a great target

The conspiracy theorist in me feels like it would be an awful idea to hire someone who has an open lawsuit against the league.

This seems like every other team the last ten years that says Gruden is coming to coach their team. I seriously doubt he is coming to be our offensive coordinator.
