What are the STs thoughts of drafting Tyler Higbee if he's available in the 5th?

Sure, we have a shitload of TEs, but this guy looks to be another who could be special at the next level.
38-563-8 this last year and he missed 5 games.
Former WR turned TE. Dropped one pass in all of 2015.
He does, however, have a pending legal issue with him punching a dude in a fight; giving him a brain hemorrhage about 3 weeks ago.
He did workout for the Saints.
