As far as Who Dat Nation is concerned, the Saints receive the entire states of Louisiana and Mississippi, all of Arkansas (except for the portion of the state that receives the Springfield, MO CBS affiliate), all of Alabama (except for the portions of the state that receive the Atlanta and Columbus, GA CBS affiliates), the Florida panhandle, NE Texas, extreme SW Georgia, extreme SE Oklahoma, and Memphis.

If you're in Dallas, CBS 11 is also showing the Saints game to protect the Cowboys (Dallas is on FOX in the late Sunday afternoon game, so CBS picks up the early afternoon game so it doesn't have to compete in the same time slot as the Cowboys).
