That means you think we're worse than the browns.

Not the worst in the league but they are bad. They have made move after move for years now and what does it amount to, 7-9 every damn year. This year will be no different. You don't throw away great, young players on their rookie deal and give up a draft pick for the privilege. It's so bizarre and almost beyond belief. Cooks pops off one time about not liking being a decoy and they can't wait to get rid of him and give New England a nice present as the cheery on top. It really is over, the Saints little run of being a professional, well run contending team is done. It's back to the bad old days.

What are you talking about?

The saints have an extra draft pick out of this deal

I think they're bad talent evaluators for the most part. I think where they excel is getting unhyped, relatively no name, or forgotten about players AKA gems.

I know it sounds contradictory, but they have a weird knack for whiffing with big name players (Spiller, Byrd, Anthony (probably too soon to call but eh), Laurinaitis, etc) and get relatively quiet players who are great (Mike Thomas, Willie Snead, Armstead, etc)
