Most of us would have loved to get Russ in the offseason. But after watching him play this season it’s clear he’s just not that good anymore. It’s been a disaster in Denver and they gave him a 5/245Mill extension.

And they gave up a ton of draft picks right?

Yeah they are on a way worse situation than us tbh. Imagine this place if we had made that trade and paid him that much.

First and second rounders in two straight drafts. Then a 5th rounder and some players.

I have been hearing the rumors on the streets. ?? I don't know if they are true or not. But, I just want @dangerusswilson & @ciara to know that if these rumors are true. Please know that the City of New Orleans will welcome you and your family with open arms! #nola #whodat

I watched a stream of that game last night. The stream was from sky sports. So, other countries can watch Thursday night nfl on regular cable, but not us?

Let's hope we beat them and can at least have 2 wins this season. Might keep us from the absolute bottom of the upcoming draft.

Idk man i think Wilson with the offensive guys here would be a better situation and would see better play from him. Just a bad fit there...but hey show me the money.

Uhhhh

The Broncos have great skill position guys, a mediocre offensive line, a great defense and an ultra-conservative offensive mindset. Just like the saints.

Wilson has always done his best work when he ad-libs and works outside of the pocket. That is not the best fit for this style of offense

I was too. Things change so fast in the NFL.

This just shows me how crucial coaching is. Pete Carroll is a good coach and he looks even better after 4 weeks of this season.

Was thinking this exactly as I was watching the game last night. We dodged one there for sure.

Wilson had it good in Seattle, Carroll built the team around his abilities all those years. Denver should seek a trade for Lockett.

Will only make Denver that much more desperate to right the ship if Hackett doesn't cut it. Add Denver to list, previous ties to Russ.

2 3rds in '23 and all their picks in '24 and '25.

Nobody could see this fall off of Russ coming and the Broncos are fricked. What a move by Carroll and company.

Y’all are writing him off really quickly.

He is in a new system, I’m not saying his play and offense isn’t terrible.. but at least give it a 10 games or so

Once Winston gets healthy, we’ll be fine.

A healthy Winston will help us get to where we need to go.

Never wanted Wilson…..the media always pumped him up more than what he actually was. He was a very good QB for a while, but he was overrated…….
