@RapSheet: The #Bears cut CB Tracy Porter, who took home $4.25M in one year on what was originally a 3-year, $12M contract. Now a free agent.

He struggled last year, but was pretty damn good in 2015. He's a #2 or #3 at best, but has had to cover 1s to often with the bears
