there is no military lie regurgitated. one would think you would applaud his response and effort and support he wants to offer the cause but yet you are too busy wanting to insult the flag.

Yeah no way he wrote that and I don't like that last line whatsoever. Is he talking about the NFL platform?

In general though, whoever wrote it did a good job.

Most likely talking about platform as in notoriety, and of course he didn't write it. Every NFL Owner has a PR Dept who crafts these statements.

Even if he wasn't 90 years old and thinking about jello he still wouldn't have wrote it. You hire people for that purpose. Trump's the only idiot who just goes out and says whatever comes to his mind.

People are entitled to their opinion about kneeling during the anthem and how that shows disrespect to the flag and the men and women of all races that served under it just like people are entitled to their opinion about the anthem itself or the statues that are put up to honor the men of that era.

The reality is that people started kneeling to push the NFL and Fed, State and Local governments to take action on a number of issues. That is happening and the kneeling has achieved it's intended reaction.

Why can't you just accept that for what it is instead of focusing on the negative? You are like a spoiled child that did not get every item on their Christmas list. Just most of them. Instead of focusing on what you did get, you are pouting about what you did not get. Don't ruin the day. Enjoy that there are real discussions being had and real change can occur. Be a positive part of that. If you bring negativity in, it will fail.

I know this has been posted before but this is the cause and effect of NFL players doing something and the original message (good or bad) starts to get diluted very quickly. Great job NFL players. This is one of the results.

It's not a lie.

You don't get to unilaterally decide what is offensive. You can't just say, "I'm not meaning to offend."

Not standing during the anthem is traditionally viewed as disrespectful, and currently viewed by most as disrespectful. And, the protesters knew that...it's why they decided to protest the anthem in the first place. They were trying to be offensive.

All of this is self-evident.

Yeah, just stop posting. Soon as it stop being incredibly racist around here I'll go back to posting when necessary. As soon as this kind of stuff happens I already know how it goes down on here.

Hmm, has any police officers been sent to jail for killing an innocent black person? That's what the kneeling is about.

How about you read the memo. I can tell that you haven't. That may be the talking point that the media likes to focus on but there's a lot more to it than that. Educate yourself. I have. LINK

That you view this issue as a racism issue pretty much says it all.
