That's the whole point they fail to realize. It's the convenient mouthbreather position to think you're making the hard decisions and no one else is. But the reality is that there are only 10-15 serviceable quarterbacks in the league right now. You can't expect to get the value for Brees in a trade that you would lose. He's got at least 2-3 years of very good play left.

Not advocating for him to replace Brees but the offense moved pretty good with McCown starting a few weeks ago.

It doesn't matter who replaces him. Team is garbage and he's garbage. This team looks relatively the same with brees or mccown.
