It's a damn shame he didn't rip Ginn's head off

Don't care that he got fined. Saw two plays earlier in the day where kickers made shitty efforts at tackles and gave up a td. I was pumped to see Morstead actually attempt to bring the runner down.

The worst are the Carolina fans who say "it cost us a TD." Watch the gif, Rafael Bush is RIGHT THERE about to clobber him. Remember Bush knocked Amendola OUT THE GAME on the sideline with a perfectly legal but vicious hit. Ginn should count his blessings and be thankful it wasn't Bush who got to him.

It would have been better if it was Steve Smith

so what Goodell seems to be saying is that all personal fouls not only warranty flags, but also fines? If this is the way its going, the refs should have credit card readers on Iphones and the players can just whip out a card after the play and slide it through. What is the difference between a penalty that gets a fine and one that doesn't? It looks completely arbitrary to me at this point.

Goodell is involved? Yep, it's arbitrary.

Na, I might have been pissed as it happened, shouted "frick yeah" at the TV when the flag was thrown. After seeing it a few times, I'd realize it was what it was: a (potentially) TD saving tackle that, while definitely a foul, was in no way meant as a malicious tackle.

I mean you can be pissed and say that a PI cost us a touchdown, but you play within the rules of the game. Unless it was completely unnecessary, preventable, and/or done with the explicit intent of harming the other player, fouls are part of the game and should be flagged as such and the game should move on.

ONly time a facemask against the Saints pisses me off is when it's not called. Which seems to be often
